In today's fast-paced modern life, many people often complain about not having time for exercise. Here are several easy-to-learn, time-efficient home yoga poses that not only exercise your whole body but also help you relax your mind.

Mountain Pose (Tadasana)

This is the most basic yoga standing pose that can improve posture and stance. Stand straight with feet shoulder-width apart, entire soles on the ground, slowly stretch your waist until your head is held high, with arms naturally at your sides. Take 3-5 deep breaths and feel your whole body relax.

Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana)

Starting from Mountain Pose, slowly bend your upper body forward, extending both hands straight to touch the ground. Keep your legs straight and stretch to a comfortable degree. Hold for about 1 minute, feeling the stretch in your legs and back.

Standing Backbend (Anuvittasana)

Place your hands gently below your waist for support, slowly tilt your head back and push your chest forward. Maintain smooth breathing and hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute. This pose can open the chest and relieve back muscle tension.

Cat & Cow Pose (Marjariasana & Bitilasana)

On all fours, inhale and arch your back upward (Cat Pose), exhale and relax downward (Cow Pose). Repeat 5-10 times to relax the spine and activate core muscles.

Legs Up the Wall Pose (Viparita Karani)

Lie on your back and raise your legs against a wall or sofa. Hold for 10-20 minutes to improve blood circulation and relieve leg fatigue.

Just take 10 minutes, combined with deep breathing, and you can easily complete these yoga poses at home. If you persist, not only will you strengthen your body, but you'll also help relax your mind and regain vitality. Let's try it together!
