Sound baths have exploded in popularity—and not just in yoga studios. Spas, corporate wellness programs, and private clients are all looking for practitioners who can create that deeply relaxing experience with singing bowls. This 16-hour course gives you the foundation to start offering sessions.
No prior experience needed. We start with the basics: how to hold the bowl, different striking techniques, creating sustained tones. From there, you'll learn to layer sounds, work with different bowl sizes and pitches, and understand why certain frequencies feel so calming.
You'll practice designing actual sessions—for one-on-one clients and for groups. We cover the practical questions: How loud is too loud? Where do you position bowls around someone lying down? How do you structure a 45-minute sound bath? By the end, you'll have run through multiple practice sessions and received feedback from our experienced practitioners.
Master striking and rimming techniques, learn to create sustained tones, and develop your ability to produce clear, resonant sounds.
Understand the science of sound vibration, how sound affects the body and mind, and the therapeutic applications of frequency.
Explore the chakra system, learn which bowls correspond to each energy center, and how to use sound for energetic balancing.
Learn to structure effective sound healing sessions, from opening to closing, for both therapeutic and relaxation purposes.
Develop skills for individual sound healing sessions, including client assessment, body placement of bowls, and personalized treatments.
Learn to lead group sound bath experiences, manage larger groups, and create immersive sonic environments.
