You've been practicing yoga for a while now—maybe you've caught yourself silently cueing along in class, or friends keep asking you to teach them. This 200-Hour program is where that interest becomes real. It's Yoga Alliance registered, so your certification carries weight globally.
We teach multiple styles because that's how modern yoga works. One week you might sub a gentle Hatha class, the next a dynamic Vinyasa flow. By training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin, you'll walk away ready to teach different formats and handle whatever shows up on your schedule.
With 6-12 students per cohort, you'll actually get feedback—not just theory lectures. Our RYT-500 trainers have been teaching for years, and they'll work with you one-on-one on your cueing, adjustments, and classroom presence. By the end, you won't just know yoga; you'll know how to teach it.
Master over 100 asanas with proper alignment, modifications, and progressions across Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin styles.
Understand the musculoskeletal system, how the body moves in yoga, and how to prevent injuries while teaching.
Study classical yoga texts including the Yoga Sutras, understand yogic ethics, and learn to integrate philosophy into modern teaching.
Learn effective cueing, class sequencing, voice projection, hands-on adjustments, and how to create inclusive class environments.
Explore breathing techniques, meditation practices, and how to guide students through these subtle aspects of yoga.
Practice teaching with feedback, learn about the yoga business, and prepare for your career as a yoga instructor.
Minimum 6 months of regular yoga practice recommended. You should be comfortable with basic asanas and have a consistent personal practice.
Good physical health to participate in daily yoga practice. Please inform us of any injuries or health conditions before enrollment.
