Aerial yoga classes fill up fast—students love the playful challenge and that feeling of flying. If you're already teaching yoga or simply want a specialty that stands out, this 30-hour training gets you certified to lead aerial classes at studios and fitness centers.
The hammock changes everything. Backbends feel supported, inversions become accessible, and tight shoulders finally release. You'll learn how to guide students through all of it safely—from their first time in the fabric to more advanced wraps and drops.
We cover the practical stuff studios actually ask about: rigging basics, weight limits, how to spot students, and what to do when someone gets tangled (it happens). You'll practice teaching real sequences and get feedback from trainers who've been running aerial programs for years.
