Joint health is essential for our daily life and athletic performance. However, as we age, joints often develop various problems, such as joint pain, stiffness, and limited mobility. While these conditions may be difficult to completely cure, through regular simple yoga practice, we can effectively improve joint health and maintain good flexibility and mobility.
Neck Side Bend
Sitting or standing, slowly tilt your head to one side until you feel a stretch in the neck muscles. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side. This can enhance neck flexibility.


Knee Joint Stretch
Sit on the ground with one leg extended and the other leg bent with the knee pointing toward the ceiling. Slowly push the straight leg forward with your hands until you feel a stretch in the back of the thigh. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch sides. This helps improve knee flexibility.
Wrist Rotation
Standing or sitting, raise both hands to shoulder height. Slowly rotate both wrists, first clockwise 10 times, then counterclockwise 10 times. This can mobilize the wrist joints and prevent joint stiffness.
Ankle Stretch
While standing, feet shoulder-width apart with toes slightly turned out. Slowly lean your weight forward, feeling the stretch in your ankles. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side. This helps improve ankle flexibility.
These simple and easy-to-learn yoga poses, practiced for just 10-15 minutes daily, can effectively improve the health of various joints in the body. Remember to keep your breathing relaxed and movements slow and controlled. Persist, and you will definitely achieve healthier joints and a lighter body.
