Want to build core strength? Do more side planks!
Side plank isn't just great for your core - it also strengthens your shoulders, obliques, and builds stability in your knees and hips.

This pose can be challenging, so try these modifications:
- Stack your knees together and place them on the ground, or
- Stagger your feet front to back.
The ultimate goal is to stack both feet, but you can work up to it gradually!
