Let's challenge #Navasana #Boatpose together!
Level One Start with bent knees, cross your legs, then lift your hips off the ground.
Level Two Practice with bent knees, cross your legs, bring your feet behind your hands, then lift your hips.
Level Three Practice with bent knees, cross your legs, try to straighten both legs, then lift your hips even higher.
Level Four Start with straight legs, then lift both feet off the ground and swing.
Tips When doing Navasana, never let your back round! Keep your spine straight throughout the practice.
Try practicing these progressions step by step at home and remember to tag me!
