We all feel lost sometimes - and I'm no exception! Whether it's in life, work, or practice, I've experienced these feelings too.

I'm deeply grateful to everyone who has quietly encouraged me (including my students). Sometimes I feel uncertain whether my methods actually work (like posting content and making videos).
