Thank you for inviting me again to Hong Kong Baptist University School of Continuing Education as a yoga teacher to be a guest speaker, sharing career and life planning with two more classes of students.
I am very honored to share a little personal experience with the students and discuss with them after class.
Young students, feel free to boldly explore and understand your interests, talents, and values, so that you can find a career that truly suits and satisfies you.
Through this lecture, I hope students can gain some insights and inspiration when making wise and suitable decisions for their career and life paths. I was happy to share some stretching exercises at the end to relieve shoulder and neck fatigue.
