Ashtanga Led Class and Conference August 2024 | Tapas Yoga HK

On Saturday, August 3, 2024, we will hold an Ashtanga Led class and conference at our Yuen Long studio.
The two-hour class will include the following key elements:
Teacher and students will practice mantra chanting together. Don't worry if you're not familiar with it—the teacher will lead the chanting.
Follow the teacher's cues for breathing and asanas (this part is similar to regular Ashtanga yoga basic classes, but cues will be in Sanskrit, with fewer posture adjustments. The focus is on following the teacher's breathing rhythm and pose details).
Conference: After the LED class, the teacher will share yoga knowledge.
