Today's practice: If I had to choose one asana in the second series where I feel most powerless, Supta Urdhvapada Vajrasana would probably be at the top.
When I first started practicing, my elbows would get bruised from hitting the ground. Later, the practice no longer left bruises, but I still couldn't figure it out.
After practicing for about a year, on the third day of Kino's Mysore, I suddenly did it for the first time (I don't even know how, lol) - but only on the left side. The right side remains a mystery.
