How to Practice Baddha Padmasana: Korean Ashtanga Teacher Moon Demonstrates | Tapas Yoga HK
Author -
I was thrilled to invite Korean Ashtanga teacher Moon to film this video together! Today we're sharing how to do Baddha Padmasana.
Benefits of practicing Baddha Padmasana:
- Helps strengthen and stretch the legs, hips, knees, arms, and shoulders
- Helps improve blood circulation
- Helps improve digestion and strengthen the digestive system
- Helps improve focus and concentration
- Helps balance body and mind while calming the nervous system
When I first started practicing, I couldn't do this pose either. With consistent practice, everyone can achieve it! Next time, I'll share Yoga Mudra with you.
