Unlock a New Inversion Challenge - Pincha Mayurasana
Did you know there are different ways to enter Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand)? Today, I invited Moon from Korea, plus Yong and Perlin from Malaysia to demonstrate three different entry methods:
- Kick up: Lift one leg high, then kick up with the other foot - great for beginners!
- Jump up: Both feet jump up together, building strength and balance awareness!
- Press up: Use only upper body strength to lift both feet - the ultimate challenge!

Choose the Method That Suits You
Pincha Mayurasana tests not just upper body strength but also helps develop body balance and concentration. Choose an entry method that matches your current level and progress gradually.
Beginners should start with the Kick up method. Once comfortable, try Jump up, and finally challenge yourself with Press up.
