Tapas Yoga's first Led Class & Conference of 2025 will be held on Saturday, February 8th at our Yuen Long studio.
During this two-hour class, you'll experience:
Mantra chanting with the teacher and fellow students - don't worry if you're unfamiliar, the teacher will guide you through.
Following the teacher's breath cues and asana instructions - similar format to regular Ashtanga Yoga Basic classes, but with Sanskrit counting. Less adjustment time, with emphasis on following the teacher's breath rhythm and pose details.
Conference - After the Led Class, the teacher will share yoga knowledge and wisdom.
