1. Start with Half Lotus
If you can't fully enter Lotus Pose yet, start with Half Lotus to help your legs and hips adapt to the required flexibility.
2. Start with Easy Sitting Pose
For beginners with limited flexibility, begin with Easy Sitting Pose to let your body get used to sitting cross-legged.
3. Lotus Pose + Towel Technique
Once you can enter Lotus Pose, use a towel to help open your shoulders and chest, making the movement more stable while deepening the stretch.
