The weather is getting cooler - autumn is the perfect time for hiking! Have you been taking your kids or furry friends outdoors?
Before and after your outdoor activities, do you warm up and cool down? Try these outdoor stretches to wake up your body before exercise and relax your muscles afterwards.
In addition to the 5 moves introduced in Part 1, try these exercises and see if they help:
