Simple Exercise for a Beautiful Back!
Want to wear backless tops and show off your beautiful collarbone? Let's work on building a confident back together!
- Lie face down on your yoga mat, arms extended straight overhead.
- Place yoga blocks on the outside of your forearms.
- Lift both hands off the ground, slowly arc from inside to outside over the top of the yoga blocks to open, then slowly arc from outside to inside over the blocks to close.
- Both hands can hover above the yoga blocks without touching them!
Key points:
- Keep your hands off the ground at all times!
- Never touch the yoga blocks with your hands!
- The slower you move your hands, the more your back muscles work!
Note: We may unknowingly use our lower back muscles incorrectly. If your lower back feels uncomfortable or painful, stop immediately!
