Working at a computer or studying all day means your bottom stays glued to the chair. This unavoidable situation leads to back pain and even a sore bottom!

Try doing some lower body stretches while seated. Here are a few moves to help release hip and lower back tension:
- Figure 4 + Twist
- Hug shin to chest + Twist
- Figure 4 (lean forward to deepen)
You can also try while seated: 4. Hamstring stretch
