The 2025 Tapas second Led Class & Conference will be held on March 15 (Saturday) at Tapas Yuen Long Studio!
This special two-hour class includes the following key segments:
Mantra (Chanting)
- The teacher and students will chant together. Don't worry if you're unfamiliar - the teacher will guide everyone step by step through the learning and experience.
Led Class (Count-Led Asana Practice)
- This portion is similar to regular Ashtanga Yoga Basic classes, but counts will be given in Sanskrit.
- Less adjustment, with emphasis on listening to the teacher's breath rhythm and posture details, helping students understand the Ashtanga practice method more deeply.
Conference (Yoga Knowledge Sharing)
- After the Led Class, the teacher will share yoga-related knowledge, giving you deeper understanding of Ashtanga Yoga theory and philosophy.

- No trial classes for this course (except for regular practitioners)
