The 2024 Tapas final Led Class & Conference will take place on Saturday, November 23 at the Tapas Yuen Long studio. Come and feel the fruits of this year's practice!
During the two-hour class, we'll include the following key elements:
Teacher and students will chant mantras together Don't worry if you're not familiar with them - the teacher will lead the chanting.
Follow the teacher's cues for breathing and asanas This section is similar to the regular Ashtanga Yoga Basic class format, except the cues will be in Sanskrit. There will be less adjustment, with the focus on following the teacher's breathing rhythm and pose details.
Conference After the LED class, the teacher will share yoga knowledge.
