200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Review: Mind, Body and Spirit Transformation | Tapas Yoga HK
Author -
In the blink of an eye, the 200-hour yoga teacher training course has come to an end. I still remember the students' heartfelt sharing on the first day.
Some students came because work stress and busy lives had thrown them off balance, affecting their physical and mental health. Through yoga, their lives and health improved, and they wanted to learn more about the different aspects of yoga.
Some students came with the mindset of further education, hoping to learn more yoga knowledge and become yoga teachers.
Some students hoped that attending classes would keep them busy, helping them escape emotional troubles and stop overthinking.
Regardless of the reasons, yoga brought us together. Every week, we arrived with somewhat tired bodies, supporting and encouraging each other, using different methods to stay alert, actively participating in class discussions, and together creating a learning environment full of love with positive vibes and energy. Together we experienced every weekend and public holiday from February onwards, tirelessly learning and practicing yoga.

The 200-hour teacher training course isn't just about learning movements and asanas - it's a course that starts from the heart. I was fortunate to participate and witness each student continuously challenging their limits throughout the process, opening their hearts to new learning and experiences. Everyone's transformation from beginning to end wasn't just physical, but also a shift in mindset. Beyond improvements in breath control, flexibility, balance techniques and fitness, inner peace and focus also increased.
Some students became more positive and confident, while others freed themselves from the expectations of others and no longer felt unhappy due to others' misunderstandings. Some students came to better understand and know themselves! Everyone has grown.
I was touched to see everyone's transformation from body to mind, and their intention to use this course as a starting point to continue practicing yoga together.
Afterword: My initial intention in becoming a yoga teacher has remained unchanged from the beginning until now - I hope that students I meet in class can discover and experience the beauty of yoga. Regardless of identity, age, or physical condition, everyone can enjoy the beauty of yoga.
Thank you to @tapas.yoga.hk for the invitation, giving me the opportunity to learn yoga together with everyone and pass on this heartfelt intention.
