Being sick really doesn't feel good.
I thought resting for a day or two would bring full recovery, but it took a whole week to return to normal.
Last week's practice clearly reflected my physical condition—all week I couldn't touch my heels in Kapotasana. Even normally easy sitting poses made me feel extremely tired.
Fortunately, I recovered before led intermediate. Today's practice felt like being in Hong Kong's 30-plus degree heat without air conditioning, with sweat constantly dripping down. I was busy wiping sweat and didn't stop in chaturanga, which got me a loud shout of "Hong Kong!" from Sharathji!
Today I felt very relaxed physically. Although a bit nervous, practicing felt very comfortable and enjoyable!
