生病後的恢復與挑戰:一週後的練習反思
Feeling sick is truly uncomfortable
I thought a day or two of rest would have me fully recovered, but it took a whole week to get back to normal
Last week’s practice clearly reflected my physical state I couldn‘t reach my heels in Kapotasana throughout the week Even sitting, which is usually easy, felt exhausting
Luckily, I recovered before the start of the led intermediate class Today’s practice, like in the 30+ degrees of Hong Kong without air conditioning, was sweaty I was busy wiping sweat and couldn‘t hold my chaturanga, leading sharathji to loudly shout ”Hong Kong!“🤣🤣🤣
Today, I felt incredibly open and flexible, a bit nervous, but the practice was enjoyable and exhilarating😍
生病的感覺真的不好受。
原本以為休息一兩天就能完全康復,沒想到卻花了整整一周才恢復正常
上周的練習清楚地反映了我的身體狀況,整周的Kapotasana都無法觸及到腳跟。甚至連平時輕鬆的坐姿,也讓我感到非常疲憊
幸好,在led intermediate前已經恢復了。今天的練習就像在香港的30多度熱氣中,沒有空調的環境下進行,汗水不斷滴落。我正忙著擦汗,沒有停在chaturanga,結果被sharathji大喝一聲“Hong Kong!”🤣🤣🤣
今天我感到身體非常放鬆,雖然有些緊張,但練習起來非常舒暢和愉快😍
