Good standing posture makes you feel stable, balanced, and powerful. But modern city dwellers often stand for long periods or have poor posture habits - like constantly looking down at phones - causing joint compensation, leading to back pain and even joint damage.

10 Key Points for Proper Standing Posture
- Press down through 3 points on your feet (heel, base of big toe & base of little toe)
- Engage your core, tuck your tailbone slightly
- Keep ribs from flaring, chest naturally lifted
- Level shoulders, shoulder blades down
- Chin tucked, neck in neutral position
- Arms hanging naturally at your sides
- Knees pointing toward second and third toes
- Balance weight evenly on both sides
- Maintain natural spinal curves (thoracic, sacral, cervical & lumbar)
- Feel your body extending upward infinitely
