Marichyasana C - Four Key Points Explained (Bonus clip at the end!)
Today I'm honored to have Moon from Korea joining me to demonstrate and break down the four essential points of Marichyasana C (Sage Twist C)!

Point 1: Foot Placement
When first practicing, the foot is often placed too far forward, making it difficult to enter the pose. Remember to draw the foot as close to the sitting bone as possible for better stability.
Point 2: Internal Rotation of the Straight Leg
The extended leg tends to naturally rotate outward when relaxed. Try to internally rotate the leg to maintain body balance.
Point 3: Foot and Toe Adjustment
Don't neglect the foot! Internally rotate the foot, flex it toward you, and keep the toes pointing upward to better activate both legs.
Point 4: Spine Extension and Twisting Technique
Don't rush into the twist! Remember to inhale first, lengthening the spine upward, then move into the twist. After twisting, extend the arm, internally rotate to wrap around the shin, then clasp the hands for the complete pose.
