Fourth Trip to India: Small Breakthroughs in Mysore Week Two | Tapas Yoga HK

This is my fourth time in India, and I never experienced vomiting and diarrhea during my previous three trips. Didn't expect it this time! Though being sick was tough, it actually helped me quickly find that feeling of lightness in my body. This week's practice brought many small breakthroughs - Yeah!

During practice, I discovered that this sense of lightness helped me go deeper into each pose, breaking through previous limitations.

This experience reminded me that yoga isn't just about having a strong body - it's also about accepting your body's various states and finding growth through each challenge.

Looking forward to next week's practice, and to discovering more surprises and inspiration in this beautiful place!
