Just back from an unexpected trip, and suddenly it's October! October marks the start of Sharathji's first Ashtanga course session. I've registered for the second session starting in December. Seeing many Ashtangi friends already in Mysore reminds me to prepare well. I hope to absorb as much as possible during this learning journey!
