SRACP Yoga Collaboration - Parent-Child Yoga Workshop

Objective The Challenge & Objective

The goal was to provide a fun and accessible yoga experience for mothers and their children, regardless of prior yoga experience. The session aimed to build confidence in participants, strengthen parent-child relationships, and introduce families to the benefits of yoga practice.

Our Solution What We Delivered

The session was designed with playful, engaging activities that appealed to children while also providing genuine benefits for the mothers. The yoga poses and games were carefully selected to encourage cooperation and communication between parent and child. Returning participants showed increased confidence, while new families were warmly welcomed and quickly joined in the fun.

Results Outcomes & Impact

The parent-child yoga session was a joyful success! Returning participants showed noticeably increased confidence compared to previous sessions, while new families quickly engaged and participated enthusiastically. The event demonstrated how yoga can be a wonderful tool for community building and family bonding, and Tapas Yoga looks forward to future collaborations with SRACP.
